A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Richard. For over 25 years I’ve worked with children and young people, helping them build confidence, make safer choices, and navigate challenges both online and offline. My journey began through martial arts, where I saw first-hand how education, awareness and positive guidance can change young lives.

I later founded The Stay Safe Initiative CIC with one simple aim — to help protect and support young people through practical education. Since 2013, I’ve worked closely with schools, parents and communities delivering sessions on anti-bullying, online safety and digital citizenship.

I understand that parenting in the digital world can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal in these sessions is to make things clearer, calmer and more manageable — giving you the knowledge and confidence to support your children as they grow up online.
